I spray a tiny bit of no-fat cooking spray on a sheet of aluminum foil to prevent sticking and wrap up sliced squash and zucchini, sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning. Steam them in the oven. Makes a yummy side.

I am finally coming to grips with the fact that the scale is not my friend....Yesterday I put on jeans that hadn't fit for two years, yet this morning the scale was UP two pounds. I know I have been doing everything I am supposed to do. There is NO WAY I could have gained two pounds of fat. Stupid scale...we have to stop…

I just had this happen... I started to skip it, but then talked myself into it. I soon found I was weaker than I expected. I still did the reps, but lowered the weight to a minimum. That was my compromise. And I was at home too...if it had been a public gym I would have skipped it in the interest of public safety. :smile:

My Australian Shepherd mix was "herding" a mouse she caught in the yard. It would run away, she would follow, catch it and carry it in her mouth by its tail back to the "corral" (which was really the sandbox under the swingset.) I laughed all day.:laugh:

You can DEFINITELY see it! Look closely at your before and after pictures...your whole upper body is so much smaller! And trust me, as someone who has "linebacker" issues, I would know! You're doing great!!! Give yourself a pat on the back!
