  • Hi I'm introducing myself. I was wondering how this group is going as I see nothing has been posted for a while. I have just started Herbalife (10 days ago) I wltm other Herbalife users. I'm hoping the group will keep me motivated and on track and vice versa. Would be terrific if other herbalifers are out there. Xx
  • I agree with the overestimation point made here. I am also reluctant to eat back the calories given due to exercise because of this. Xx However I stopped logging the fitness cals so that I could stick to the food part of calorie intake and loss far more weight than my 1.5lb a week expected drop. all about choices I supose.
  • have found that I caaaaan binge eat sugar free jelly without the calorific consequence of a usual binge. It's been so comforting if the urge to binge is overwhelming. hope this may help?
