I havent tried it yet but a friend of mine told me about rice pasta. You buy it at the health food store and she says it is delicious and very healthy.

So you slipped up, its ok. But dont concentrate on it. If it makes you feel better, add some time to your workout and burn off the extra calories. You have had a good week! Be proud of that and decide to do better tomorrow!

oh my gosh!!! You took the words completely out of my mouth!! i have the EXACT same struggles! I lost 40 pounds and have gained 20 pounds back. It is very frustrating but we shouldnt give up! I am actually having the same problem! I have been working out most days and staying within my calorie goal, but the scale seems to be going in the wrong direction!!! My big tempation would have to be chips and cupcakes too! Well actually any kind of cake, i love it all!! Im trying really hard to stay away from the chips, even though thats my son's favorite snack to take to school each day so we always have chips just lurking around!
