Thank for your replies everyone. I was trying to add a bit of green in to make it a bit healthier, I will reduce the amount of veg I'm having tomorrow and see how I go :smile:

I hear you, the nimble bread is awful....even worse for toasting it just falls apart :s I use the Weight Watchers Thickcut Wholemeal bread, think its like 70 cals per slice and its more filling and "sturdy" than nimble, happy sandwiching :0)

I'm afraid I'm a bit rubbish aswell, normally I don't eat much and when I do it will probably be some toast....what about chicken noodle soup? Its not the greatest but better than a McDonalds I suppose! :D Hope your feeling better soon.

Hey Everyone, Thanks for you messages of encouragement, I will definately add you all and look forward to getting to know everyone as the weeks go on. I can't believe what a difference it makes when you have to note everything that you have eaten in a day, its really makes you think before eating anything, who knew?? :D…
