  • I carry all my extra weight in my torso. I love my arms and legs. I have no butt to speak of. So if I could lose about the jiggle from the middle I would be extremely happy. Now if there was only something I could do about my face!

  • August 23rd: 261 lbs Goal Weight: 230 lbs by February 2014 Ultimate Goal Weight: 210 lbs by June 2014 I wish we would have weighed in a couple days ago. I have already lost 4 lbs this week and would have loved to have counted those towards the 20 lb goal. More of a challenge! Let's do this! Brent
  • A full day at the gym. That sounds like a lot of fun. You will have to let us know what routines you choose. If I had the choice I would swim an hour a day. After I joined this group I remembered I have a wedding I am in on Nov. 2nd. So I have a lot of motivation.
  • I go to a fitness class for the resistance training. It also adds in cardio as well but it is mainly resistance training with bands. I am trying hard to not "bulk up" so I am happy with using resistance bands vs machines and free weights. Even though I know I can just use lighter weights. The worst part of the day for me…
  • My routine is 3 days of cardio (kickboxing at a local fitness center) and 3 days of resistance training with bands. I also add in 45-60 minutes of "brisk" walking everyday. Whatever that means. Eventually I will start to substitute Spinning on resistance training days with walking. My biggest obstacle will be eating right.…
