Yes he reduced my dose from 130 mg Nature-throid to 97.5. It is strange because if my TSH is that low I would think my Free T3 and T4 would be higher. He is puzzled to say the least.

Well how many calories do you eat? I can easily put away 2500 in a day.

I am hypothyroid but presently am overmedicated so I have become hyperthyroid and cannot lose weight. You definitely can have problems with weight loss while hyper, I'm not sure why, but that is the case for me. On two other occasions when I was overmedicated and technically hyper I was at my heaviest.

How do you do this?

Since 90% of everything listed is wrong, I've given up using the database. I create a new food for everything I eat, using my name. BUT to prevent cluttering up the database, I do not check the box that says "Let other members use" or whatever it says. So only I can see it and no one gets annoyed.

I ordered one and it will be delivered soon. How do you sync it to MFP?

On the contrary, if you can do 10-15 reps, the weight is not heavy enough and you are not going to get anywhere. The maximum you should be able to do is 8. 6 is even better.

I have a question because I just did day 4 of NROLW. Are you including the weight of the bar in these numbers? With the bar included today I did 95 on the deadlift and on the squat a couple days ago 50 pounds. But that is assuming that in both cases the bar is 45 pounds, correct? I'm 5'6 and weigh 112.

I have a friend who gained one and a quarter inches from yoga.

Yes I certainly have learned that. For years the weight loss advice was always 1200 calories a day and 200 calories off through cardio leaving you with a net of 1000. Clearly not enough.

Is it okay to revive this thread? I have been on both sides of this issue so let me tell you what happened to me. For years I was able to maintain my weight at 120 (5'6") by lifting weights and running 3 miles every other day. I still had a little belly fat but I figured screw it, I like to eat am I'm not going to worry…

Where are you getting your info that there are 93 calories? I've seen it mentioned a couple times on the internet, but not by the company itself, and it's not listed on the bottle. I really think this is one of those urban legends. I mean think about it. Have you ever heard of a liquid with that many calories in 2…

Newman's Lite Balsamic is great and only 45 calories a serving. I use about 200 calories of it because I eat a big salad. Doesn't taste diet-y.
