May I suggest that you go see a RHN...Registered Holistic Nutritionist which deals specifically with people and their food/versus health issues they will probably be able to get you a quicker answer than a barrage of tests. Chia seeds. I can't stress this enough. I eat one teaspoon in the morning and one at lunch and it makes you fill full. Have you tried protien powders made out of Pea Protien? No Whey or Soy comes in differnt flavors. Very good source of protien
