IMO, its better than Fast food, but not as good as making something yourself! I keep cooked chicken sliced in the freezer for those days that I don't have time. The frozen meals have way to much sodium in them!

I would say yes. I was 240ish when I started zumba, and wore a heart rate monitor, and I would get 500-600 calories burnt during an hour

I at first thought it was expensive 50+ an hour, but if your break it down, to how much you spend on Junk food, eating out etc, you likely spend more than that in a week. That would be me! No pictures to share, but I started in August at 254lbs. Today I am 215 lbs (1 to go to 40) Here are my measurements from August to December. My trainer says protein protein protein. a pice of Banana before strength training, and protein after. And yes 1g of Protein for 1lb of weight wold be great, bt depending on how mch you weigh that cold be hard..
