All yellow cheese is yellow because they add food coloring to it. Otherwise it is the same. Sarauk, all food is processed one way or another.

Getting started is the killer. I have found that working out with friends, people that hold me accountable, and spending money on a gym membership help me. Knowing that someone is going to notice that I am not working out and knowing that I am blowing my money if I don't go are big motivators for me.

I use Google earth to map out my runs and get a measurement. It isn't perfect, but it is about as good as a GPS.

Sushi is deceptivly high in calories, it looks lean and healthy, but there are a lot of calorie packed item in most rolls. The rice alone is a calorie powerhouse. Sashimi is a great substitute because most of the fish is very lean and has great omega 6's and omega 3's, but most people are not as fond of sashimi.

It's hard to say without knowing specifics, if you are anything like me its just really hard to lose weight. I have to fight for every pound, and if I slack off even for a little while it can destroy all my hard work.

Exercise and diet are the only way to lose weight, and frankly diet is the biggest part because it is deceptivly hard to burn lots of calories doing exercise. It is a sin, but that being said I really don't care who you live with, who can visit you in the hospital, who you sleep with, and who gets your life insurance. What I do care about is the government stepping in and telling me what my beliefs and behaviors should be.
