Steel cut oatmeal w/dried berries and pumpkin seeds...BLEH! I'm so sick of oatmeal but it's convenient and gets the job done :yawn:

This doesn't work for me...I'm an all or nothing kind of girl so if I give myself an inch I'll go a mile (in the wrong direction)!!! Kudos to anyone who has tried this and has the self control to keep themselves in check :drinker:

I wear my FitBit while on the elliptical and also enter the calories burned (according to my elliptical) on MFP but it was my understanding that because you enter the time you start and the duration FitBit/MFP make an adjustment? I've tried it both ways though...not wearing the FitBit then only entering the calories burned…

I *love* making smoothies like this for breakfast (minus the mango then add a green apple and greek yogurt) but always do it in the morning which complicates my morning routine. Good to know it can be made the night before :)

On Sunday afternoons I make 10 servings of steel cut oats in the slow cooker then pre-portion for my husband and I that way we have breakfast each morning to grab and go. Lately I've been adding mashed/ripe bananas, cinnamon and using unsweetened almond milk instead of water.

I've used my Fitbit One 24-7 since getting it in January (except in the shower LOL) and I love it.
