Skull Candy... they come with 3 or 4 different size adapters for the ear buds, and they're soft. So not only do they stay in, they also don't hurt!

If it was a situation like I had a few years back, all my files got deleted from my computer, so I had to get the songs off my iPod. Only reason why I mention the files need to still be on the old computer...

You can only do this if you have all the original files in a separate folder on your old computer. You can't copy from iTunes directly.

You have to get a program for it. It's like $20... google it. ***Or you can turn on the sharing function in iTunes if all your songs are in there and copy them all to your new computer

I made vegetarian tacos a couple nights ago. Super good and super easy to make. Only thing you need to "cook" is the TVP and beans if you want those. I love the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches! Sometimes ice cream gives my stomach issues, but I haven't had any with these and they taste good too! Enjoy!

You won't go into starvation mode if you're only 1 calorie under for the day... you shouldn't worry about the 1 calorie.

Most people who make those sort of comments are most likely jealous of your success in weight loss. If you're comfortable with how you look and what you weigh, then you shouldn't try to let it get to you. I know it's hard sometimes though. Keep your pretty little head up and know you're happy with who you are! :)

That's a tough one, especially when you don't really know the person! Without putting any strain on your pocketbook, maybe pack 1 snack item in your lunch and offer it to her or offer to go out to drinks/a meal with her and see if she bites at those offers? P.S. All those faces you make throughout your post... love them!…

You still absorb a lot of the calories, so I would... that is the reason why bulimics are usually normal weight or even still over weight. Even though you throw up, your body still absorbs the calories.

I used to weigh-in everyday... then yeah, I started to get discouraged. I weigh-in once a week on Fridays and I measure on Fridays as well... in the morning when I'm getting ready for work. Measuring helps a lot cause you don't always notice the numbers dropping on the scale!

I am on it, but only have been for the past 3 months... Haven't noticed a difference in my ability to lose weight or stay consistant with my weight since the switch. Thankfully it isn't making me gain weight; only birthcontrol that is working for me right now! Good luck!

I just stir-fry carrots, onion, green peas, mushroom, whatever type of veggie you like, with some soy sauce, then mix it in with the couscous.... maybe add an egg or two also... basically a fried rice with couscous instead of the rice... yum!
