I am a reformed coffee drinker i still drink it but not as much. Anyway water is my new friend and i drink all the time now.
My question is since drinking water i've noticed i'm going No2's much more often (yes i can pee for Britain too) but is that normal? i'm presuming its clearing out my body.

Yes..it's completely normal. What goes in...must come out :flowerforyou:0

Normal. Water helps move things along in the intestinal tract.0

Edit - never mind I was backwards.0

Not only is it normal, but now that you drink more water, you system is used to water. Quit drinking coffee for a week, or even a few days, and then drink some. You think you're pooing more now, wait til then. Coffee is a natural stimulant, so the less you drink it, the more it affects you. Cheers!:drinker:0

I was always under the impression that caffeine was a diuretic, and also made you poop more often, having laxative-effects. However, water is great for digestion, so this is normal - don't worry!0

I always get confused because tea can be a diuretic, and yet it's on the BRAT diet when you have diarrhea/dehydration. Flips my head around.
