I am a reformed coffee drinker i still drink it but not as much. Anyway water is my new friend and i drink all the time now.
My question is since drinking water i've noticed i'm going No2's much more often (yes i can pee for Britain too) but is that normal? i'm presuming its clearing out my body.

Normal. Water helps move things along in the intestinal tract.

Not only is it normal, but now that you drink more water, you system is used to water. Quit drinking coffee for a week, or even a few days, and then drink some. You think you're pooing more now, wait til then. Coffee is a natural stimulant, so the less you drink it, the more it affects you. Cheers!:drinker:

I was always under the impression that caffeine was a diuretic, and also made you poop more often, having laxative-effects. However, water is great for digestion, so this is normal - don't worry!

I always get confused because tea can be a diuretic, and yet it's on the BRAT diet when you have diarrhea/dehydration. Flips my head around.

    *facepalm* editing original post now...
