Thanks everybody :) I had some more tonight and they were much better. I rinsed them until there was next to no smell at all and pan fried them and they were pretty enjoyable! I'll have to get my hands on a spaghetti squash since I'm craving it now! Anyone have experience making their own keto noodles? I've made pasta…

I've always thought of my oatmeal as something close to rice or pasta and like to eat it the way I eat those... sometimes I add soy sauce, spices, or even cheese. Delicious and feels like a full meal!

No change, 152... but I feel like I got some of the muscles back in my legs. Had to restart walking now that vacations over :) Would really love to get below 150 for December!!

Some people aim for the low carb/ low fat diet. It's not really a bad thing at all. If it bugs you, you can change it under food then settings and lower your daily goal of fat/carb intake.(Everyone has a pre-set goal that can easily be modified). No loss this week but thankfully no gain either. Had a bad couple of days but I guess the good ones balanced it all out. SW: 153.5 GW:140 CW:153.5. Ready for another challenge to get me motivated!

I know it's a little late, but I've never done a challenge and this sounds really fun! If it's not too late my starting weight is 153.5 and my GW is 140 :) Also, my outside goal is to become more flexible and run/walk more often :)
