  • You're right. That's just to maintain. I tried it. If i don't eat the calories i burned i lose the weight. If i eat what i burned then i stay the same, the weight stays the same.

  • you do burn calories. everything you do. i always use a heart monitor when doing any activity or excersing to see my heart rate at all times. It's my personal trainer can't work out without it. :laugh:
