I was really afraid to post this forum at first, but now I am so glad I did. I have some fabulous new friends and am giving and getting some great advice. One new friend told me she was about to quit that day until she saw my forum. If showing some of my embarassing pictures can help someone else then it was all worth it!…

Took both. DIdnt do a thing. Only took them because they were natural and i have been on a very long plateau (10 months) I like Dr.Oz but he does get paid to endorse all these things. :) Unfortunatly there are no shortcuts. Just Eat clean, work out and drink lots of water. :)

@ChaoticMum Awe thanks. I dont really do anything special. I put light shadow all the way up to the brows and then dark shadow from the outside corners and swipe inward with the shadow brush. THats the best description I can give you. I am no make up expert. LOL
