    Very impressive. You are so lucky to drop from a Size 22 to Size 12 with just 42 pounds. That's FIVE dress sizes! Wow. It takes me about 20 pounds to move down just one dress size.

    Also impressed with your ability to run a 6 minute mile! 5 Miles in 30 minutes is fantastic. You've got me beat even in my most fit days.

    Very impressive indeed.

    I have lost 51% of my inches from my waist down. Usually for me, it is around 8-10lb will take me down a size. I do have a small frame.

    Just wanted to let you know that fitbit has amazing customer service, and will replace your fitbit for free! My best friend cracked hers and they replaced it. I had another friends that took a swim and they replaced it as well, no questions asked!!
