    Good luck with the Fitbit. Keep a string or ribbon on it, and attach that to your clothes. I wish I had, and I wouldn't have lost it.

    If you have ever worn ice skates, ski boots, or roller blades, then they aren't too difficult to get used to. They "lock" on your feet, and become an extension of you. They are great though. They work all muscle groups. They work the core too.

    I have l lost 43lb

    Around ribs 5.5"
    Each calf 5.5"
    Bust 13" (and very happy about it)
    Neck 5"
    Each forearm 3"
    Waist 13.5"
    Hips 16"
    Each Thigh 9"
    Each upper arm 5"

    A grand total of 98 inches in 200 days.

    BMI down 7.9 points
    17.92% body weight GONE
