W2D5! LEGS!!! “DEATH BY VOLUME”🤘🤮👍 For the reverse lunges...just the bar, LOL...and suffered! Got all 128 steps done for walking lunges, but went from monster to regular, to regular with a toe tap...back to monster! I used the front part of the garage (rear part is the gym) and just did laps until done. Now...those stairs…

Monday was light trot & chest. Tuesday was light trot and arms in the garage gym. Wednesday was legs. Today was back. Tomorrow I’ll hit shoulders. Next week I have something different planned.
