    Catching up on logs here. Hit the gym day before Valentine's, ripped off a double-header (chest for size, back for power) due to missing almost a week between workouts. Then Valentine's Day I had to shovel snow in temperatures well below zero with wind chills approaching 25F below zero ( -32C for non-Americans). Finally, yesterday before my graveyard shift I lifted for large legs.

    I also took my wife out to dinner, but per my requirements above I need 12 in addition to V-Day, anniversary and bday. So, I've adjusted the desired goal from 12 to 15, just to make data tracking easier.

    We have keys to our new house. Spouse is busy painting the basement ceiling, today the floor, and then framing it up for the Home Gym.

    Daughter and I are painting bedroom walls (just two - feature walls in two bedrooms), building closet organizers, and then helping to build shelving in the basement and the garage.

    The physical move is Feb. 25....and once the furniture/belongings are in, we have to get back to (paid) work and be able to "live" somehow during Covid19 lockdown (yes, in Toronto, we are still in Lockdown and basically have been since mid-December).

    Two workouts to record...deadlift day yesterday, and large chest day today (had to rush my workout yesterday due to work, so did a double-dose of cardio today to make up for what I missed).

    I filed for divorce in November and that totally wrecked my already not great Fitness. I'm still in the messy middle.
    I'm challenging myselfas a reset
    for 7 days :
    1 log everything
    2 move more

    9 minute plates for beginners done

    I am a online fitness coach.
    Age 44 5'9" currently 165 my goal is to maintain 155 and build muscle.

    I have chronic illnesses that get in my way a LOT such as chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia. Looking for all the inspiration I can get! I'm in! Its there a link to join the group(s)?

    Happy Friday.

    I am down 5 pounds. I wasn't even trying. I'll take it.

    Putting a lot of emphasis on legs 🦵and my back.

    One of my 🐕's is slowing down and I know the inevitable is slowly upon me. Been to the vet a lot over the last 2 weeks with him. We are having all kinds of celebrations with him in the meantime.
