I've lost 103 lbs in one year and 3 months exactly. I did not particularly focus on dropping the weight within a certain time period, it just sort of happened that way. It's very individual, but I'm 5'11" and at 181 lbs currently, and I'm a size 10-12 depending on the brand/fit.

I net around 1600-1800 calories, but usually eat anywhere between 2000-2,600 calories a day. I exercise almost every day, including strength training three times a week, and always eat back my exercise calories.

That's what I have to do too. :P And really, that's all you have to do is keep at it! :) I'm in Stage 1 as well by the way, but I'm already noticing some nice improvement in my ability to do the jackknifes from week to week.

Nothing wrong with eating late. If it leads to any digestion issues for you, then by all means... find something that works for you as an individual, but there is nothing inherently wrong with eating late. Eating late has not hindered my weight loss.

Sunday is fine for a rest day for me. We also have to pick two quadruple days as well, and every other day this week is also a double day.
