I am starting week 7 of this programme tomorrow and i feel exactly the same. Never been able to stick to anything before now. Would definatley recommend it. Im starting to see muscle definition in my arms and my legs are totally changing shape. Great feeling!!

I'm 29 years old. 5 2" Highest weight - 150 Current weight - 121 Goal weight - 112 I find it really hard to lose weight and even though I weigh just over 8.5 st (which I don't consider to be very heavy at all), I still don't look slim. It's all in my shape. Love handles especially bad!!

A SMALL run of 5-6 miles?? Are you mad hehe!! Im not actually doing Insanity but personally i would say a rest day should be exactly that. Give your muscles a little break. Thats just me though.

I must admit, i do find that my heart rate does get really high when i do my workouts ( not sure if this is good or bad!) so maybe I am burning more calories then i thought as i do high intensity cardio. Thanks for the info ladies!

Hey ladies, im starting stage 1 on monday and just have a quick question and im sorry if im repeating. I have tried to look for the answer on this thread but its a really really big thread! The book states that if you're a beginner with weights you can add an extra workout to stage 1 so that it has a total of 24 workouts…

Wow! Cant believe how many people are doing this, I'm really surprised! I have just started the ESE method. Twice a week eating my last meal at 6pm and then not eating again until 6pm the next day. Its still early days yet for me to see any results but feel a real sense of achievement when I have completed my 24 hours.…

My love handles are my biggest problem area too, I seem to be losing weight from other places but not here. I'm starting to look a really wierd shape!

I'm not sure about those exact pills but I used to take epherdrine weight loss pills and lost loads of weight but as soon as I stopped taking them I piled the weight back on and an extra stone in a very short space of time.
