I use Endomondo, I like it and as it automatically uploads my walks/runs and bike rides it works well for me

I have an 'overhang' from my c-section. It has got better since I lost the weight. I'm 28 and have had 2 kids and have been pretty fat. Working out has helped but no, I will never have a smooth flat stomach but I don't care because I am the healthiest I've ever been

Thank you for your reply, I know I really need to up my calories but I have no idea what foods to use? I'm not keen on fruit however I do eat and love my veg! I do have a lot of water but I do forget to add it most days.

I need to up my calories, maybe a protein shake will be my best bet

I use MFP to track my food intake and to tack my exercise. I love to run and train 6 days a week and have a very busy full time job, 2 children and a husband so o tend to forget to eat at times.. If I am using this I can see my protein etc and see what else I need.

I run 3-4 times a week and swim or gym the other days. I am totally unable to run 2 days in a row, if I do I just cant run for longer than a few minutes without having to stop. Also I find doing different routes makes it easier, And running in busy(ish) areas too as I don't want anyone to see me in shorts or bright red in…

I find it a lot harder to run outside, not sure why though!
