try pre planning your meals. Enter your food for the next day and try sticking to it! Keeps me from standing in front of the fridge going hmmm, I'm hungry and filling up on crap before preparing a nutricious meal. Good Luck!

Lose the weight first then concentrate on building muscle mass. Keep up with the weight training, low weights with high reps. Once you lose the weight you want start increasing the amount you are lifting with lower reps but more sets. I also supliment my diet with whey protien shakes. one or two a day depending on what my…

I used to have the same problem until I started using an "ab roller". solved the problem immediatly! Purchased mine at a garage sale for $5.00. I have found mfp posts everything low. Calories,protien carbs.sodium etc.Don't be afraid to up the protien by at least half again!

you need to open up your food diary so we can see where you are obtaining all this salt. processed foods, bacon, ham and alot of diet drinks (slimfast) can be very high in salt. over all I wouldn't worry about it. looks like you are losing the weight though! Good for you!
