Thank you everyone! I appreciate the tips. Did you take your car seat and stroller and then check them at the gate? I will have a layover, so overall my entire trip is going to be 8-9 hours, and I will be by myself.

I have it set for .7 lb per week. My BMI at goal weight would be at about 20.

Oh no! I checked the dates and the plateau has been for 2 months! Oh no! AND now I am gaining! I've gone up 2 pounds. Has this happened to anyone before??? What did you do??

I have heard that uping calories helps, but I am concerned of then gaining. So greeneyed84, you didn't change your workouts or anything, but just uped your calories?

Water: I am drinking half my body weight in water every day--no doubt. Diet Profile: I have set my profile to public. Calories: I have stayed at my 1200-1300 per day, with the exception of some days where I had done some hiking/working, which burned a lot of calories so I consumed a bit more so my body would not freak out.

I eat between 1200-1300 per day, give or take. If I eat over, it is always because of lean meats or veggies, nothing bad. I do not feel starving between meals. I am between 5'3" and 5'4", female.
