I usually plan breakfast and lunch M-F... Weekends I'm off schedule. But still try to just eat balanced. Breakfast- 300cals Lunch - 375-450 Dinner - 500 ish Plus maybe 200 in snacks

Great comments folks.... It does just boil down to each individual and what works for them. When I stopped eating breakfast after waking up and just gave my body time to wake up I have noticed I stay in my goal range. Eating breakfast seems to make me wanna eat more. Vitamix ❣. It does cost more but it makes smooth creamy shakes, blended soups are amazing (I make fresh tomato soup in the summer).... Well worth the money and I have heard you can buy refurbished ones that work just as well.

Yes, that is what I was reading (couldn't remember what they called it). But have noticed that I'm not really hungry in the morning so later maybe 10a or 11a I make a protein shake, low calorie. And I'm really just getting hungry hungry around 1:30p-2p. Thanks

Thanks for all the tips! By snacks I mean I have an apple, baby bel, orange or Greek yogurt.... I'd say my snack I'm wanting in the evening is more out of boredom... Must break that habit

Ever try a Quest bar? The chocolate chip cookie is really good and if you can warm it for a few seconds its even better :)

No no, I've lost 25lbs but eating very low calorie 1000. I'm concerned about stalling out or this 'starvation' mode I read about.
