On first diagnosis, I was at the bad end of 9 percent. My fasting sugar was 459 I think.

I have abs!!!! I can actually do the leg ups from Level 2 while holding the weights and not screaming in pain. I haven't lost a lot of weight but I saw obliques in the mirror today.:bigsmile:

Don't give up - Obviously you are consious of what you're eating and trying very hard. Are you able to get exercise in the evening at all? I've been diabetic since '06 and my second baby meant I had to walk around the house or neighborhood for 15 mins every night so that my fasting blood sugars would go down. I still have…

Day 2 of Level 2 - My abs hate Jillian but I am seeing results. :happy: I can fit my size 10 jeans now! (I don't care if it's vanity sizing - it says size 10!)

Hi - Just finished my first 30DS workout today! I did it without the weights and still got some burn in my arms. Looking forward to the next workout (but my legs aren't :))

Thanks for the support and info. I'm going to keep on keeping on. And trying to remember that one bad day doesn't mean that you should give up the whole deal.
