I've fallen off. I'm getting back on tomorrow. Only reason not today is because I had brown rice. I initially lost 30 lbs in two months and stalled out for a few months and but now I've gained it back so it's time to refocus recommit and keep going

Struggle isn't with logging.. It's more of the whole thing.. I use to be very gong ho in everything log exercise do this workout do that program etc.. I lost a good bit of weight, toned up felt better etc.. Then after life hit me I gained even more weight and now I'm fatter than I've ever been and much less inclined to do…

im on a slipppery slope with the calories.. actually its not as hard as i thought and drinking the water keeps me more satisfied than i realized.. i'm down a little today but for me its too early to celebrate because i tend to lose the same 5-8 lbs and gain them back i think i'm down about 6 from last week.. next week will…

i work third shift so i really cant schedule after dinner walks, but i guess i can go back to walking for 30 mins when i get off i did my first "workout" the other day, it wasnt much of one but boy did i feel it the next couple days..

i'm about to start, the drop to 1600 calories is a bit daunting to me but hopefully a gallon of cold water a day should quell my hunger?

i like using poweder half a banana half a tablespoon of peanut butter a cup of 2percent (or skim) milk. its pretty good to me

it would have to be an extremely desperate situation for me to do so. i just cant see it honestly but no judgement on my part. i guess marriage means a little more to me than just a contract even though i could see practical reasons in doing so just doesnt appeal to me.
