Right now I am on a high mono and poly fat diet, along with a low cholesterol/saturated fat diet. I am also bumping up my fiber intake > than 50g a day. So far I feel the best I ever have in my life. Also I hate alcohol but I am taking in 4oz of a dry red wine every other day.

Great reply and very true. I find myself as I get in better and better shape, harder to burn the calories as time goes on and conditioning improves.

As many said do not worry about the few pounds in a week span. The same thing was going on with me. I would read 186lbs in the day time, but in the morning after my morning constitution (lol) I would weigh in at 179lbs! That is almost ten pound fluctuations between evening and morning! I go to the University of Oklahoma, and they have a cafeteria that I go to, and they will cook you burgers, chicken sandwiches...ect.. I just tell them to cook me a piece of grilled chicken without any bread or condiments, and I add salsa/guacamole.
