Take care of yourself. It's hard, I have been there, as well as many others. We all survive, but it's getting there that can be tough.

Oh my god, I couldn't even watch the video of the women doing baby yoga. So disturbing.

Under settings. Look there.

Hey there I think you can set up your account to help you gain weight. Type in current weight and then your goal weight. See where that takes you. Good luck achieving your goals.

Yes, you are supposed to eat back what you exercise. I am the same height, and was at your weight about 2 months ago. I always eat back what I exercise and it works.

I got stuck once for about one month. Nothing moving, then I dropped 5lbs. Eat lots of veggies, stay away from fruit. No salty stuff. Exercise at a different time of day. Shake things up and things may change. Your body gets in a rut so if you make a change, you hopefully will start to see results. I did that and it…

Excellent and congratulation. It takes time to get used to the new you. I look in the mirror and think no way:), lol and When I shop for clothes I always try my old size on first and think "why is it so big?". So, good job, keep going and you look great, and was not hideous back in 2008, you just found a new self in 2011.

Did you check to see if they have a nutrition guide. Most places do now. Good luck choosing :)

Thanks for this. I do not always read posts, but this one struck a chord with me.

Thank you for posting this, It is so hard to stick to a plan, it's nice to know that its' not always breaking a rule if I do any of these things. Good luck :)

Take it one day at a time. You need to eat and keep up your energy for any exercise program you add to your day. Good luck :)

I am not sure how they stay on. My hair is thick and full and they slip off my head. It's a pain.

There is nothing wrong with you. I got stuck and after a few weeks things started to change again. But eat well, and eat enough. Good luck :)

I did the Bob's workout and it was hard, so I can imagine this one is also tough. Go One day at a time. You will see results and it's great you want to change things up. I do not want to preach but doing a tough workout to start may be a too much to take on. When I decided to make a change, I walked. I walked 15 min, then…

what is the 30 day shred? A diet plan?

Yes I want to lose 10 lbs in May, current weight 147. Be so nice to get in to the 130's, been this weight for about two months after losing 18 lbs since November. Let's go :) Thanks for the challenge.

Hi there Food portions are my issue too and sometimes I use a smaller plate, so keep them handy. A side plate instead of a big dinner plate. And I agree that sometimes a quick little handful just to get the taste is all you need. I'll try that. :) Thank you for sharing your story.

Good Luck with this site, it is easy to use and helps you control your food. Keep up the good work :)

Hi I find when I'm watching what I'm eating, it's all I think about. What can I eat?, when do we eat again? I'm like you and have headaches and I'm tired. I think it's choosing the right foods to get us through our day and not foods with empty calories, (naturally all the "good" stuff like chips, and muffins etc.). Good…

No, I have not, I have lost 18 lbs. I would go see a doctor as soon as possible.
-
I am not sure if that would count. I have heard that there are different stresses on your body that make your work not burn calories. It's not where we lose weight it's where we work. Do not count that. Do another form of exercise that is just exercise and count that.

I did the cabbage soup diet and was quite tired. I have been on 1200 calories per day, keeping pretty good track and being careful with what I age. I did the diet with a friend who ended up with painful stomach cramps and really not feeling well. I will never do it again. I would not recommend it. Good luck!
