ideas for core/arm/leg exercises at home

I have been working out at home and will not be getting a gym membership. I really need variety and get bored of exercises easily and would like to know some good strength exercises to do at home for core muscles, leg and arms. I do weights on my arms sit ups for my tummy and leg raises for my legs but need more ideas.

    try following a video on youtube, there are lots and it's a variety of stuff. cardio, dance, and you can do a different every time you want to exercise.

    Hi, there are tons of exercises you do at home without normal gym equipment.
    Core - Plank, woodchop, v-sit with twist, leg raises, Turkish get up....
    Legs - steps ups onto, stairs/chair etc. single leg squats, sitting down on chairs, sumo squats, front and reverse lunges...
    Upper body/arms - pushups, tricep dips, curls with weights, shoulder press
    (use tins, soda/pop bottles, any additional weight that you can think of to make exercises harder)

    You can doing doing different variations of squats and lunges to work on the legs and glutes.
    For the abs, you can try bicycles and planks
    For arms i usually do excercises with resistance bands

    are you opposed to getting videos? Im really enjoying the 30DS by jillian michaels...she works your arms and legs at the same time in order to get your work out done in about 20 minutes...I LOVE IT!

    I agree with getting videos and also you can get a pilates ball at any department store or walmart. Pilates is a great exercise to do at home and using the ball helps engage your core.

    get the book "Bring It" by Tony Horton. Everything you need to get into super shape and never leave your house.
