Hey, so i work at a grocery store. I work in the eCommerce department of my store. Basically we get orders and I have to go on the store floor and pick the items to the orders. I'm walking around the store. Today i worked 5 hours. Subtract 30 mins for my break, and maybe another 30 because I'm not constantly working. So let's say 4 hours of walking. Also I tend to start off brisk and end my day by draggin along. So how do I track these with my exercises? Thanks!

I am not sure if that would count. I have heard that there are different stresses on your body that make your work not burn calories. It's not where we lose weight it's where we work. Do not count that. Do another form of exercise that is just exercise and count that.

I wouldnt count it... it would be included in your lifestyle since it is something you do every day you work.

That wouldn't be considered exercise but rather activity level. Within your goals is where you set your activity level, which is where you daily calories is calculated based on that. I would suggest lightly active or active if this is what you do at your job 5 days a week.

Change your activity level to active if you work more than a couple times a week instead of trying to log it.

If you don't enter anything in the search box, but still click search, it will bring up the entire list. There are some thngs in there like, moving boxes, cleaning..... You can also log walking if it is in excess of normal activity.

    Hope that helps.
