Easy answer, because they're 6+ hours ahead of us gmt ;) I'm American with a British bf and love visiting England and Pubs which are sadlly disappearing at an alarming rate to be replaced by chain restaurants. Please keep drinking your pints! ♥ Oh and I don't own an I ♥ Kate and William shirt either! Cheers! ;)

Awesome sauce about the noseblowing....my 10 year old is doing this with me (colormerad) and she will be thrilled to know this :) We will be walk / running. I have a heart issue so a 15 minute mile is usually what I walk and that is fantastic for me personally. If runners have a problem with me in any race, you should be…

Hi, I am 5'1" SW: 167 CW: 146 GW: 115-120 I think at 127 my doc would consider me having met his goals but I'd like to see myself at 120. My lowest weight was 98 in my 20's but I ran/walked 5 miles a day then. I will be happy when I consistently do 2-3 miles a day now :) Feel free to add me, I'm southern, polite and very…

Working on that last 20 myself! I do any and everything to mix it up. I don't beat myself up if I have a bad day *but* I've noticed a bad day for me is maybe a 100 calories over my goal rather than just blowing it and giving up? Does that make sense? I thought it was interesting the other day when someone at a gathering…

I am lucky enough to have a best friend who's a doc and she said one of the biggest obstacles to weight loss is lack of sleep. So, if melatonin can help you achieve a healthy sleep pattern then it can help you lose weight. My best advice is find the lowest dosage possible that works. Higher dosages (for me) made me…

Morning yoga ♥ I've noticed every day when I do my yoga, I'm drinking coffee for enjoyment not because I need it. Some inverted poses like standing forward bend, downward dog, nothing big, can make a huge difference. I also wash my face with a lemon soap before hand and the citrus is an eye opener.

As a 5'1' newbie I'm taking before pics TO-DAY! Fantastic Job to all and seeing others progress does motivate me  I'll add my starting weight is 167. I plan on saving this thread to post my progress.

Just chiming in, be the example! And another vote for making this a family commitment to healthy. Now that I'm walking again, guess who wants to walk / bike ride by me? My daughter! And there's amazing opportunities for talk and sharing too. Same with food  Best of luck!

I'm 5'1" too and totally inspired by you! I had a lightbulb moment with processed foods recently and after being off them less than a week, my joint pain has subsided hugely so one day I may be half math'ing too  Thank you for sharing!

I lost temporary weight (like 5 pounds), but to me it enables you to *think* you can eat whatever and still lose weight, and well that's not true?! I had no side effects myself tho
