I've been to the doctor, this has been a problem for a while now. It's actually why I got so off track for a while. It seemed like every workout I did would put me in so much pain! Going by your profile pic, I'd say it'll look fine! I've had 5 kids...and I have a ways to go before I'm comfortable with a belly ring, but a little saggy skin isn't going to stop me when I get there! lol If you feel good about it, then do it!

I'm 5'3" and I have 30 lbs to lose, too. It has me at 1200 calories a day. I don't eat back my workout calories...I have a hard enough time eating 1200 calories to start with. I haven't taken before pics and I don't have a tape measure. Today is my 5th day doing the Shred, I started at 157 lbs and this morning I weighed in at 154. So, 3 lbs lost :)) I'll get some pics today and I'll take more at the end of the 30 days, although a lot of my upper leg flab has disappeared already (YAY)!
