  • I am 5'3''. My starting weight was 158lbs, I am currently 147.4. I have actually already planned my rewards out.

    1. @ 148lbs= new sandals, ACHIEVED!! The sandals are my profile pic right now.
    2. @ 143lbs= new sunglasses
    3. @ 138lbs= new earrings
    4. @ 133lbs= new purse
    5. @ 127lbs= new outfit (Goal weight)

I was so excited to get my sandals. Incentives really seem to work for me. I can't wait for my sunglasses. My goal is to reach my goal weight by 6/21/13, the first day of summer.

    I am 5'2" and 47 years old.
My highest weight was five years ago at 140 pounds and 43% BF. This was the picture that for me said "You have to change something now!" Normal weight for me in my late 30s was 105-112 pounds. I did a lot of cardio and ate like a rabbit and got thinner but not fitter and certainly didn't take off the jiggle.

I started weight lifting and changing my diet for good in August 2012. My goal is to reach 20% BF. I measured at 28% three weeks ago. Today my scale weight is 110.4 pounds.

Tried to post a pic but it didn't work.
  • Hey, I am 5'1 and 21 years old...I don't have a photo up yet to be honest this is my first day at it. I am 171 lbs and my goal weight is 115-120 If I get to my goal I might buy myself a new camera :) i havn't thought too much on treating myself

    I am 5'2" and started at 197, I am currently at 175,

my first goal is to get down to 150, depending how I feel I like then I may go even lower, but I always weigh more then I look and I was 146 before babies and was completely happy with my size...

I started the journey January 2012, did very well for 5 months and then just quit for whatever stupid reason! I have recently just got back into the groove and I am determined to finish!

Please feel free to add me to keep one another motivated and accomplish our goals together!

I'm 5'3". No pics, I have 20 lbs to lose and some major toning. I'll reward myself with some new clothes and a tattoo on my side once I reach my goal.

I've been a member of this site for a while, but I didn't REALLY start trying very hard until now. I quit smoking and exercise helps me not to smoke...also helps me not to gain weight from quitting lol

I'm 5'1. Had my first baby November 2011. Lost the weight quick but my clothes didn't fit the same. I had done P90X before and decided I needed to get my butt in shape. Started that April 2012. With P90X I lost another 10lb. It's been about a year and I've kept it off and lost a few more pounds. Now just looking to keep my diet/macro's in check and gain some muscle and a few pounds. I did TurboFire for about 2 months and it was just too much Cardio for me. I kept losing weight and my goal had been to maintain. So I stopped doing TurboFire and took a little break cuz I felt so burnt out. Tomorrow I'll be starting another round of P90X. I've missed lifting weights! Beachbody products are awesome. I initially became a Coach for the discount on the products but it is definitely rewarding helping others reach their goals!

You look incredible!! Weight training is definitely the way to go if you wanna be toned and lean!
    5' here!
Lost about 60lbs last year, started weight training this January.
Started at 175, lowest was 106, now 114 & trying to get stronger & more toned.

Night before giving birth to my 2nd via c-section 211lbs. 1 month into changing my life forever, 168lbs.

    image_zpsc7434d56.jpg

End of weight loss, 110lbs, size 0. Right hand side is 6 weeks into weight training at 116lbs, size 0/00. Weight training does some amazing things!

I'm definitely not amazing looking as some on here but here is me. I am 5.2 ft and i started at 142 lbs size 11 in juniors and now 118 lbs and size 3 in juniors. I still need to lose my lower belly, that is my challenge. Still haven't rewarded myself with anything yet as i haven't reached my goal technically...

    I'm 5' 3. I started at 161lbs on january 1st and my current weight is 149. I've lost 12lbs but I've 23 lbs to go.
  • I'm 5'3 and I just started my weight loss journey about two weeks ago, so no "after" pics yet. Lol. I have about 50 pounds to lose, I'm 190 now. Yikes. I'm trying to get to at least my pre college weight of 145 or less.

I would love to make some friends on the site so that we can motivate each other! :-)

  • 5'1" & 3 girls later

    SW:166, CW:155, GW:130 (or lower)

rewards every 5 lbs: music, bra's, golf outing, babysitter to have some me time, taking girls ice skating, to park, etc

but the one i cherish the most is taking a day off of work!

inbetween Girl 2 and Girl 3 i lost 50lbs. At that goal i bought ipod.

Let's call these befores->Okay SRS face->5 pounds after serious face.

Pushing 170 back in February. That's my "You can't see how big I really am" cover up and "my hair is red! Distraction from the rest of me!" weave.
    ooFFeMf.jpg

161, deciding I'm gonna start picking up heavy things. PS, is bad at posing
    1lvLFMU.jpg

    mfnAdco.jpg

155.4, having picked up heavy things for about five weeks. Most of the change is in my back. Also look how my bikini bottoms are no longer creeping up my crack! I actually wear them outdoors now.

    UnCKyuk.jpg?1

    7urYFzA.jpg?1

And I'm at 150.8 now, and a comfortable medium/size 6 (or a 4 at old navy. Old Navy, boosting dat self esteem with lies) so I went and bought my happy behind a new dress. It replaces a dress (also a medium) that I busted the seams on a few months prior. Remember folks, you are not a sausage and clothes only have so much stretch.

    b69URkw.jpg?1

    rB6PpTo.jpg?1

Edit: I'm about 5'3", give or take how much I'm lying to myself that day. My ID says 5'5"; that was a big self delusion day.
