  • Hi. I AM DOING P90 AND YES YOU CAN GAIN MUSCLE! i FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!!!! i WANTED TO TONE UP AND I AM IN MY 4TH WEEK AND CAN SEE A LOT OF CHANGE.
  • Ive been on it before, How much are you taking? If you are taking more than 600mg a day you will feel sick for awhile. Sorry:cry: Some people feel sick all the time. You can ask your doctor to maybe put you on a time release and maybe that would help. Good luck.

  • I'm not doing p90x but I am doing p90 which is a step down. BUT it still kicks butt!!!!! I do wear my HRM and when I do abs and carido I usually burn about 600 calories!!!! The circut I usually burn around 400. But you do need a HRM because it gives you accurate calories burned. Good Luck!!!!

  • Thanks guys for all the answers. I really didn't think I was on a low carb high protein diet just only what mfp gave me. I did lower my carbs some. It was allowing me 165 gr a day then I pushed it down a little lower. That has been the only change. I will check into the prenatals and I go and see my doctor in march so I…

  • I marinate mine in light teriyaki sauce for about 15 minutes or so then I cut it up in cubes and stir fry it with frozen stir fry veggies. Very good and It will keep you full. Good luck.

Both of us have studied up on this and we have found that counting carbs and watching what you eat as far as your sugars will help tremendously.   • I cut it up into little bite size peices and take a tablespoon of olive oil and cook it in a fry pan until it carmelizes and add a bag of stir fry veggies and cook till tender. YUMMMMMM

  • I like to have a toasted low fat peanut butter and turkey bacon sandwhich. Full of protein and will keep you going a long time. Sometimes I go all the way to 1:00 before I get hungry. I think it averages about 250 calories depending on if you use 1 or 2 TBS of peanutbutter.
  • I usually try to stay around 260 to 300 for breakfast and try to stay under 300 for lunch and 400 for dinner. 1200 a day for me unless I get in my excerise!!!!! Then I get to eat a little more:smile: :drinker:

  • Yes keep up the good work!!!! She will gain her weight back because she isn't changing the way she eats. When you do it the right way, yes it does take longer but in the long run your body will appreciate it and so will you!!!!!!!!!
  • Yes!!!! Its very good. I have been on it since oct and have lost 20lbs!!!!. BUT you must NOT go over your fat grams and you have to take it at every meal and not miss. It is really safe and I have had no side effects at all. Good Luck!!!!!!
