How many calories do you average for each meal?

For me I usually eat around 400 calories for breakfast 400 for lunch and around 400 to 500 for dinner. And then a couple of snacks in between!

    I do :
    280 for breakfast
    70-80 for snack
    between 220-300 for lunch
    70-80 for snack
    dinner varies, based on workouts/ calories left, but usually around 500
    snack - based on workouts/ calories left

    thats perfect lina!! thats exactly how your body wants it!

    I'm really bad. need to improve. have 150cal for breakfast, 300 for lunch, 600 for dinner, and then struggle to make up the other 700 odd!! I need to get a better breakfast, bulk up lunch, and find healhty snacks!!

  • Breakfast is usually around 200 or 250

    Lunch is about 400

    Dinner can be anywhere from 300-500

    Plus some snacks in there...my daily intake is supposed to be 1230-ish calories to lose a pound a week.

    Breakfast - 200-300

    Lunch - 200-350

    Dinner - 300-450

    Snacks anywhere between 50 and 150 each

    I average about 300 for breakfast and lunch and then about 400 for dinner... plus snacks that I try to keep under 100... I'm usually between 1200-1300 a day!

    Breakfast - 350 calories at 5:30-6:00am
    Second 'breakfast' at work - 200 calories 8:30-9:00am
    Lunch - 300 calories approx. 11:00am
    Second 'lunch' - 225 calories 2:30pm-3:30pm
    Dinner - 400 ish calories between 7:00-8:00pm

    Those are averages, the numbers do fluctuate a bit though. I am in maintenance, so my caloric goal is in the 1,700-1,800 a day range.

  • I usually try to stay around 260 to 300 for breakfast and try to stay under 300 for lunch and 400 for dinner. 1200 a day for me unless I get in my excerise!!!!! Then I get to eat a little more:smile::drinker:

    I average 200-300 for breakfast, 300-400 for lunch and 500-600 for dinner. Also have a snack or two (depends on the day and how I'm feeling)--I try to keep them below 100 each.

    I work out for an average of 45 mins a day, 6 days a week and try to eat half of my exercise calories.
