The only thing that I’ve cut out of my diet is the excessive portions that got me here in the first place! But seriously I’ve not cut out anything. I figure as long as I’m within my daily goal, “it’s all good.”

I think that the hardest thing that I've not been able to give up yet is diet soda. I'm sure that its really not good for me at all.

Thanks so much for your post. I have to admit I've been a little worried due to the fact that Thanksgiving is a few days away and my family is going on a 7 day cruise in a few weeks! Your post makes me feel much better.

Stress eating. I'm a lot more introspective and cognizant of why I feel that I have to eat in response to a particular situation.

3-4 a day. Either Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi. I also try to regulate my water intake to at least match what I drink in soda. I've noticed no weight loss difference when I've gone cold turkey not drinking diet sodas verses just drinking water.

Get a good nights sleep, hydrate ( beginning tonight) and tomorrow RELAX and have FUN. My first marathon, I found a person who had my stride and cadence and used him to guide my pace. I now don't know if that is considered bad etiquette as it must have driven him nuts hearing my footsteps for over ten miles!
