We are in the exact same boat! I am at 147 and I am trying to get down to 139 ATLEAST. I originally thought 133-138 but i believe i will be happy w/ 139 :) And yes, those last pounds are SO hard to lose :P I do think the "clean" eating will definitely help! Also, reducing the sugars like a lot of people have suggested...…

I'm in! I know today is 8/31 but I will go ahead and consider this my 9/1 wigh-in if that's okay :) Start weight: 148 current wt.: 146 (technically 145.8) goal by 9/30: 141 Good luck to everyone doing this challenge!! WE CAN DO IT! :happy:

we have just about the exact same stats/goal! I started at 148 (I am currently 146) and my goal is 133 :) I know I am in a "healthy" weight range now, and my BMI is also good, but I just think I would feel and look better if I get down to at least 135, which would lower my BMI as well. I will still be in healthy weight…

In high school...only we didn't like each other in "that" way then. It wasn't until after he had joined the Army and gone through basic training, and I had graduated from high school and started college that we met up again .... Now, 21 years and four kids later, we still act like teenagers in love :love:
