  • Vanilla private server 1x XP. Good lord the addiction is real...again Fun to see that I didn't change, retail did.
  • I feel this so much. It sucks pretty hard and doesn't subside, for me, until I actually pull the trigger and tell said person "I'm out". Then it clears and I enjoy my evening doing nothing around the house... I workout at home.
  • If you can afford the calories, just use the sugar. I use truvia with coffee. Took about a month to get used to and I prefer it now.(in coffee only). I use sugar with everything else that calls for it in recipes. I just drink a lot of coffee and i'd rather the calories go to dinner.

  • Yup yup. It's not that getting started and changing the way you do things isn't hard. It certainly is a mental hurdle and requires some planning. But just like anything else, it becomes routine. Routine is easy. The effort curve goes down as your food diary increases in ingredients. Also you learn more and have values…
  • Same. Daily usually around 6 am. I like looking at the graphs and fluctuations. Plus seeing it spike up and down took the you're going to ruin it all with a bad day psyche out of the game completely for me.
  • Just do you. I wish I started stripping out the people I had nothing in common with besides drinking at that age. Or if the relationship is important to you and there is some sort of value there... Make an exception like once every two weeks or so. One day a week or two will not unravel hard work. But set boundaries,…
  • lol 5-6 here
  • all the ice cream labels I've seen in the last 3 years have the grams on it. The majority coming in at 67g-68g / serving (mint choc chip) and like 160c for that. edit* so at your 116g. you are slightly under 2 servings IMHO. Take another spoonful!
  • Speaking the truth... Took 34 years and stripping out every excuse in the book to see that and see them. And to OP. Yup you can. You just need to be on point the remainder of the week. I usually lean toward one drinking day / week. It's not so much the alcohol for me, it's the food consumption that follows after I have one…
  • I feel that. Makes you wonder if everyone everywhere feels the same.
  • hehe. I think our reaction time slows down as we get older and squint at the screen too.
  • How are you going to gtfo of the fire when your hands are all greasy? :D Gaming is my go to hobby after exercise. Also tinker in my vege garden.
  • Both of these. The first was the reason that any other time in my life I was working out I couldn't lose my gut. And it's just none of my business unless you are asking me directly for help.
  • I wanted to hate it. I don't at all. I still eat pb, but it's a decent alternative if I'm running low and still hungry. Also I've subbed almond milk instead of water for it and it was pretty decent. I usually have to chill it prior to using it so it gets the consistency I like.
  • Thanks. I have monster dripping off my monitor now. :D
  • I like quality food. I don't feel it's quality food. Any time I've eaten that stuff, it works in a fix but it doesn't satisfy me. I'd learn portions, and weighing and cook. It allows far more freedom and creativity. But the creative end is what I enjoy the most about cooking. But after a while you know what 4oz (whatever…
  • Hey, and welcome!
  • Well first, avocado is awesome. And' I'd say that now, at 145, and then, at 200+. Well I get no comments these days. I've been in maintenance for 2+ now so the initial shock is over for them. My response to something like that would really depend on who said it to me, and where I thought it was coming from. I tried to be…
  • All I've pulled so far is basil. But I have the following going. Tomato Basil Sweet Banana Pepper Hot Banana Pepper Jalapeno Habanero Eggplant Zucchini Doubt there will be much harvest prior to Late July / August. The main bulk of the tomato plants come in early Sept - first frost for me.
  • I can still see the chart on my app. I haven't been prompted too much in the last week or so about premium. I thought the same thing, but it's kinda died down on my end. Seems like the same old tool to me right now.
  • Today you win the internet. ;) With that said, I'm going to take my meat, veggies, nuts, bread, and ice creams and slowly back out of this train wreck. You all enjoy your holiday weekend and uh, try not to stroke out over what other people do with their lives. Can't wait to see all the detox/cleanse posts on Tuesday due to…
  • Mogwai... Mogwai turn into gremlins if you feed them after midnight. Much like I turn into one if I smell bourbon... fact. There's nothing wrong with eating past 7. If you really want a sammich and can stomach that 35c / slice shame bread wonder bread makes, you can make a pretty large sandwich pretty easily. 2 slice 70c…
  • Good info. Was wondering why I was doubled up the other day and I couldn't get it to the actual number.
  • cico BUT this post reminded me I haven't had grapefruit in over a year. Added to my grocery list, so thanks!
  • In 1980 Murrrrica this was a true statement. In this trophies for everyone era, we are all winners. Seriously though. Everyone posting here woke up this morning. Enjoy it, not everyone is afforded that luxury.
  • It comes with time and repetition. Just off hand, since I make them quite often, I know mine roughly come out to this. 4 slice bacon 160c 2 slice mancini bread roughly 210 depending on weight mayo 70c Lettuce / Tomato... well somewhere near 20-30c. I'm never so close with my cal's that I'm super accurate with veggies as a…
  • pssht. Everyone knows the rule is midnight, because...gremlins. Seriously though, I consume at least 75% of my daily intake after 6pm.
  • I feel that. I only work from home like 2x / month. So much less movement than when I'm in the office. I usually schedule it for non work out days too because it's really hard to even attempt to work out after a day of sitting around like that. I'll never admit it to them, but I really don't like working from home due to…
