I have an open diary to friends, i have however started the Exante diet plan, so only shows their products on there since Friday. But am open to have new friends anyway..

The Exante diet is not made for combining it with high intensity workouts such as kick boxing, you need to do a lighter/moderate workout. No wonder you are feeling like this!

I usually listen to trance or drum and bass or something with a fast beat, as it makes me cycle on my exercise bike faster, slow song makes me go slow...

i have measured my middle and have lost about 5cms in just over a week or so, not weighed myself though, if i do roughly the same every day cycling and eating what i am will it take long to lose 26lbs do you think? Trying to keep positive that its all worth it..

Thanks, im doing my best, got to start somewhere, at the moment i have done about 80 miles when converted from kms...its been hard, but not as hard as trying not to stuff my face with rubbish. my god that is harder!!!
