Today I learned something...I have been walking the hills across from my house, trying to ready myself
to do some hiking. Real hiking...not just walking in the woods...lol anyway the song by Adele
"rollin in the deep" has the perfect beat to keep me marching up the hill when I want to slack off.

some of my other favorites are the seasons of love from rent. I have an eclectic ipod....
B 52 love shack, Beyonce...irreplaceable , and some darius rucker thrown in.

I usually listen to trance or drum and bass or something with a fast beat, as it makes me cycle on my exercise bike faster, slow song makes me go slow...
  • I LOVE R. Kelly's song "The World's Greatest"

    [Chorus]
I'm that star up in the sky
I'm that mountain peak up high
    Hey, I made it
    I'm the worlds greatest
And I'm that little bit of hope
When my backs against the ropes
    I can feel it mmm
    I'm the worlds greatest

    It always pushes me!

Anything fast paced, lots of dubstep, any rap, newer pop songs that have the dubstep beats behind them. The bass and the beats make me go faster, haha.

Exactly. I don't want any slow songs, unless it's my cool down time.
