My advice is to avoid the haters and the negative comments – just ignore them too. People will argue against things they do not understand. From what I have read the keto lifestyle is very beneficial, although hard for some to understand if they have not read the books and seen the research and science behind it.

Thanks for this link. This was just what I was looking for. Some scientific results of whether Chitosan is worth anything. Doesn't sound like it. Oh, well. I knew it was too good to be true. As most fat-burning products are. I'll stick to my Zumba and chicken breast.

I do LOVE my greek yogurt. I eat it 3-4 times a week. My latest reward food is Ben n Jerry's frozen greek yogurt. Oh my! The banana peanut butter one is amazing! Yesterday I bought the blueberry vanilla and the raspberry chocolate. It's a little high in sugar, so I eat it in moderation. 1/2 cup at a time.
