  • Workout 3 done! I'm not sure how much of a workout I actually got, as I spent most of the time desperately trying not to fall over! My balance is awful!   • I'm trying to add in some walking in too. I'm too unfit and sore at the moment to do anything more strenuous! I plan to start off slowly and as I get nearer to my goal and the weight loss slows, shake things up again with some running (couch 2 5K)
  • I'm 152lbs, 5' 4" and my calorie burns have varied quite a bit - Over 200 on day 1, 162 on day 2 and 173 today. :smile:

  • Well done on completing Day 1! It was the first day today for me too. I really struggled with the side lunges with anterior raises and the bicycle crunches - ouch! I'm really going to feel this tomorrow!:wink:
