Don't be so hard on yourself :) One day going over won't make you fat, just like one day under your goal won't make automatically thinner. I understand where you're coming from though....just shrug it off and press on toward your goals!!

Doesn't matter at all. If you're meeting all your macro nutrient goals & still need to up calories, add what ever your heart desires.

i personally would focus on total macros by the end of the day. It makes things easier for me. 30 grams of fat spread over 4 more or 10 meals is still 30 grams of fat at the end of the day.

At one point in time most of those people in the bad *kitten* section didn't know how to squat either. Just make the leap and ask for some pointers, you'll be glad you did :)
