I normally make Veggie stir-frys or roasted butternut squash with Cajun spice sprinkled on it yummy + filling :)

Hi Saffera I find if I eat butternut squash for dinner that i feel fuller for longer. I eat it roasted with cajun spice on it , or in a stirfry with other veg and garlic and chilli sauce. Hope this helps as 1 suggestion :)
