Ideas for meals to fill you up and lose weight in the UK

Hi there
I am starting out again on here and hope this time to be able to do this and stay slimmer. But i dont really know what i should be eatting. I am a little finicky and dont like much salad stuff including tomatos, i am not keen on too much fish just cod fishcakes and fishfingers and i need to be able to get a good daily amount and get full and not feel hungry all the time yet still lose some weight. Are there any people out there prepared to show me there diaries and obviously see mine and help with ideas etc.
I would appreciate any help at all. Thanks

Hi Saffera
I find if I eat butternut squash for dinner that i feel fuller for longer.
I eat it roasted with cajun spice on it , or in a stirfry with other veg and garlic and chilli sauce.
