I hate my belly

Hi everyone
I had lost lots of weight and had a nice hourglass figure but have now put on over a stone. When i put on weight so much seems to go on my belly. It makes me feel so conscious. I hate it.
I am really trying to be careful what i eat, no bread, potatoes as I also have IBS,
Has anyone any exercise advise on what is best to get rid of my horrible belly. It is making me feel so down.
I am going to start jogging today.

    Lifting weights and cardio has done wonders for my belly. I also do abs 2-3 times a week.
