This is kind of plain but I want to be in and take more pictures! I want to look back at old pictures with my future children and explain how much fun I was having, not why I didn’t want my picture taken.

Personally I’ve had a good experience with the depo shot (minus the first period, which lasted 16 days but was extremely light). I have continued losing weight while on it and don’t find my appetite has increased. I’m glad there are so many options so we can all find what works for us!

I enjoy weighing daily because if its up I get motivated to have a healthy day and if its down I get motivated to continue my healthy choices. If I go away for a weekend or sleep-in I don’t really worry about it!

Fruits, veggies, protein (greek yogurt, chicken, lean meat, protein supplements, etc). I was scared of more protein when I started but it keeps you so full! I think one thing that has really helped me is incorporating “treats” into my daily food diary (i.e. 15g of dark chocolate mid-day or a 90calorie frozen yogurt treat…

I started at 209 February 1, 2019 (my highest was 219 last summer). Current Weight: 186.5 Current Goal: 179 (a 30 lb loss) Ultimate Goal: 130-140 I’m just reciveribg from a bad week intake-wise and I’m so excited to get back on track! GO US!!
