    I'm a few days late to post but I did weight myself. I've just been too tired and lazy to update. Today I am a lot heavier than my weight on 10/11 though, so hopefully I can at least maintain my 10/11 weight by this Friday. It ain't pretty folks! :#

    I was able to complete a 41 hour water and coffee fast which I ended yesterday. Back on track with my eating and workout plan. Two weeks ago I ran a half marathon and then a few days later ran a 5K (race). Both of these I did at full exertion and they both left me so physically depleted. Just days after my races I had to travel for 3 days which was also really stressful on my body. So when I returned from my trip I just felt awful. So weak and tired. I overate my calories and carbs for two days. When you eat a low carb diet, a single day of eating high carb can dramatically increase the scale which is what happened to me. I went on this fast to help me get back into ketosis and to lose the water weight I gained during my carb binge. (Also to help my body repair itself from the damage I think I did from overexerting myself on my runs.) I'm so happy to be so close to my Halloween goal weight!

    Oct. 5: 150.5 (yes, it went up)
    Oct. 12: 148.5 (lost 2 pounds, yah!, but it was because I had severe reaction to cabbage with indigestion)

    Yay! I'm so happy. This challenge has really given me something to look forward to (or consider) these past several weeks. Really helped me to reach my goal. Good luck everyone!
